Please set your name servers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

We cannot configure this for domains using Cloudflare (you would need to do it yourself).

You can find it yourself in the mail settings in Plesk.

the option on papale.my.id isn't enabled

Check the box to enable it, then save the settings. After that go back and click on the "How to configure external DNS" and it'll show you the values.

Are you saying it won't let you turn that option on yourself?

I can't turn it on either...I get this as an admin. Krydos will need to fix it.

hey, can you do also increase the max_execution_time to 120 in papale.my.id because its required by my theme?

If it's just needed for installation Krydos can probably increase it temporarily, but we can't leave it that way. We wouldn't want to increase that value permanently as it would almost certainly result in your account causing too much load. 

WP is already a leading cause of load suspensions even with the lower limits we have set...

The execution time has been increased, but like Wolstech said it increases your chance of being suspended for high load so keep an eye on that at https://heliohost.org/dashobard/load/
