juan4558 Posted April 12 Posted April 12 Hi. I'm getting this error. I'm connecting with an external appliance to a database stored in my account juan4558. In fact I was doing some tests and I have to do many connections. Can't login to plex and connect to mariadb anymore. How can solve it?

Krydos Posted April 12 Posted April 12 Can you connect to MariaDB now? Around the time you posted this someone had 72 open MariaDB connections and was essentially DoSing our server. Their Amazon IP has been blocked in the firewall and they've been suspended. Back in 2021 we had a limit of 3 MySQL connections to Johnny and 6 connections to Tommy. When we switched to Plesk I made it unlimited, but I said that if people started abusing it we would go back to having a limit. This has happened once on Tommy and once on Johnny now in the last couple months so it might be time to limit the connections again.
