wolstech Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 Is this an actual 404 error (as in, you see a page on our website with the message "Not found Sorry we can't find that page, if you clicked a link on our website and ended ..." ), or is it a timeout/connection refused error from your browser? If it's a timeout/connection refused error, you're probably blocked and we'd need to know your public IP address to unblock you.

wolstech Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 This must be a device or network issue on your end as nobody else is reporting this issue and we are unable to reproduce it. Can you try again using a different device and network connection (e.g. a cell phone on a data plan instead of wifi) and see if it works there?
