I followed the procedures to signup a new account with this email address, but seemed to get stuck at the step of domain selection. As shown in the screenshot below, the Next button appeared to be greyed out no matter what was selected/input. Please help. Thank you. Best regards, Freddy [cid:62c7abe5-82e8-4592-862a-b953627e468c]
wolstech Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 The support email does not accept attachments. Can you please upload the screenshot to something like Imgur and send us a link?
HelioHost Posted January 23, 2024 Author Posted January 23, 2024 Thank you for your reply. The screenshot is uploaded as advised for your review. No matter what I input at the left box, or click to select the other domain on the right box, the Next button is still greyed out and I cannot complete the signup process. wolstech Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 Interesting...our other root admin Krydos would be the one to troubleshoot the code as he built it. I'll pass this along to him. In the meantime, can you answer the following: What browser are you using to sign up? Do you have any extensions installed in that browser? Can you try the registration in incognito mode?
wolstech Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 Just another quick update: I've just reproduced the same issue on my end with a test registration using Chrome on Win10 and can confirm there appears to be a software issue of some sort with the registration page. The issue is being investigated. Thank you for reporting this.
wolstech Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 This issue has been resolved. Please try completing the registration again now. You may need to clear your browser cache first.
HelioHost Posted January 23, 2024 Author Posted January 23, 2024 It is alright now. Thank you very much! Regards, Freddy ________________________________
