[Solved] Unsuspend our Tommy account

I'm using your service for past couple of years now. Ours is a Google verified business Scientific-Cart. 

Please request you to unsuspend our tommy2 account username sccart urgently as we are hosting research journals.

It's suspended for multiple accounts, the other of which has already been unsuspended. I will let Krydos deal with this because he suspended them.
 

I don't see a connection between these two accounts myself (aside from both showing as being from the same city in India), but he usually has more information than I do.

We are unaware of any other account in our name with HH. 

Please request you humbly to unsuspend our account.

I have learned recently in this community all the newbies have the same issues creating multiple accounts for the first time they join on the server.

They need to be provided orientation Dos and don'ts so that this kind of behaviour will be minimised/disappear for good.

If I recall correctly, the wiki is linked on sign up. I assume nobody reads it, which is the common thing to do anyway.

This is the website from the other account our system thought was yours: https://tarkeshwarpatil.tk/ Both created 3 years ago within 10 days of each other from the same city in India, so definitely not new users by any means, these are both migrated cPanel accounts.

Krydos has additional information, so lets see what he says.

It's mostly because nobody reads the terms of service. This is the first thing on the list: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/terms That list of terms is shown when signing up, most people just hit agree and move on without reading it like every other website.

It's interesting that this mysterious other account that you claim to have no knowledge about logged into their account using the same browser as you. The account sccart has been unsuspended, and tarkesh7 has been resuspended.
