Hello, I have a question, I am new to heliohost, how can I download the
public html folder to be able to set up my social network or how do I
search for it or what should I do? I sincerely thank you. I also have a
cognitive disability but I have a lot of knowledge and studies in creating
software. I hope Can you help me I hope for a quick response

We use Plesk so the folder that you upload to is httpdocs not public_html. So for instance httpdocs/index.html = redcomunidadsocial.helioho.st/index.html

Yes ok but what I need is to publish my files from my social network with
that public html folder because without that my social network does not
appear or how can I download the public html folder and I have seen
heliohost videos where that mentioned folder appears to mount social
network or other websites and be able to upload my files with that public
html folder without that I will not be able to upload files and have my
page appear for the public good day what a shame for the inconvenience

Like I said the directory you put your files in is called httpdocs not public_html. Delete the default index.html file in httpdocs and then put your social networking software in there and it will appear in your browser.
