[Solved] FileZilla - Empty directory listing

I have successfully connected using FileZilla but it's showing an empty directory? I also cannot upload any files.

Please advice, thank you.

Well that's odd. It should be showing the same files as in the Plesk file manager. I've seen this happen when a main domain gets changed and the system hasn't updated yet, but never on a new account. Escalating to Krydos.
