tstamphaus Posted November 5, 2023 Share Posted November 5, 2023 Hi all, Some time ago I requested and got an additional subdomain (https://helionet.org/index/topic/56875-solved-additional-subdomain/#comment-251558) That new domain was created outside the public_html directory so I moved it. But it seems I can't adjust the documentroot to the /public_html/shop.cj7limited.nl. Can you do that for me please? Or point out how I can adjust this myself? Thnx again guys! wolstech Posted November 5, 2023 Share Posted November 5, 2023 This is by design. Plesk puts each domain in its own folder, unlike cPanel which required them all be inside public_html. That said, since you have a legacy account and prefer the old structure, I've moved the document root for you. It'll take 2 hours to take effect.
