mauriciohincapiediaz Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Hello recently i get help from you for adding my domain www.elmagohd.com to my hosting plan (user mahidi) on Tommy server I did the changes you order in my dns (porkbun) but every time i try to enter the site i get a 403 error: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." i also change de A records to my ip (65.19.141.77) What could be wrong?i can access mahidi.helioho.st normally... sorry for my english and thanks in advance. wolstech Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Did you upload an index.html or index.php file? That 403 is normal when there is no index file present. Note that added domains have different document roots. That domain's root is the site1 folder, not httpdocs, so you need to put the content in site1 if you want it to appear on the elmagohd.com domain. mauriciohincapiediaz Posted October 14, 2023 Author Share Posted October 14, 2023 Thank you, thats explains a lot...😁 as you suggested, i tried to copy from httdocs folder to site 1 with the file manager...i can see the files in both folders but when i go to the domain name i get your "it works" index page...
