animecaf Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 Hi I recently reactivated my account and I've been getting this error afterwards. username: lesser everytime i try to login it says: Unable to login with that username and password.
wolstech Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 Something is weird with this account. I'm going to guess an unarchive failure as you unarchived it on the 19th... It's active in the admin tools but suspended with all domains disabled in Plesk (which is why you can't log in). I have no idea how that would happen other than a bug in the restore process... Escalating so Krydos can take a look.
