[Solved] Requesting HelioHost password reset

I can't seem to log in using my credentials (I was asked to reset password here before posting, but seems like it's not the same password that is used in HelioHost ?). I probably forgot my password so I need a password reset link

The forum and hosting passwords are separate. I'll have Krydos reset this since I'm on mobile at the moment...

Also, since this was just created yesterday, did your password contain non-ascii characters (accented characters, etc.), or a space by chance?

I don't think it did, I'm not used to put those in passwords. Maybe I made a mistake while creating the account
