[HH#407594] Issue with ticket creation

Hi,

I was trying to create a ticket to submit an issue, but the system don't allow me to create the ticket. It pops up with the following message :

I am SURE of my email address and my password, I tried many times to log onto your website with the same credentials I entered when submitting a ticket and everytime I was able to log onto the website.
So it might be a problem somewhere.
I have another issue, the one I was trying to send you thru the ticketing system, here it is :


I registred to your website because I have an application that uses a MySQL database to be shared, do you support MySQL . I was trying to copy MySql database onto my space, I did not find the MySql engine in the "Add Database' screen of the PLESK Console. can you please let me know if you do offer MySql database Engine ?

It's labeled as MariaDB.

MariaDB is an open source version of MySQL (which was bought by Oracle years back and became a commercial, closed-source product).
