wolstech Posted July 9, 2023 Posted July 9, 2023 It's because you keep posting in a section of the forum that is not meant for customer support. We only pay attention to "Questions", "Customer Service", and the subforums inside of Customer Service. None of us really look in any of those sections up top, so posting there will often result in being ignored. Also, keep in mind for the future that in the US, July 4 and the days surrounding it are a holiday for many people so support may be limited or nonexistent during that time each year. Moving so Krydos can do this.
