gektek Posted July 9, 2023 Share Posted July 9, 2023 Greetings. Pretty new around here. I recently got my account set up on Tommy and I put in a ticket to get my URL setup and well...am waiting. I'm just writing today to find out how long the wait generally is? I 100% understand this is a non-profit effort by hobbyists so I was expecting there to be a bit of a delay in fulfilling tickets but, for future reference, about how long should I wait? I initially put in my ticket on Wednesday evening. I did also mistakenly assume that since I clicked on the link in the text of my dashboard that reads, "If you need a domain added please open a ticket", that it would be marked as such on the back end.
