If I did it correctly it should be attached with error message showing in bottom right corner.

Greetings. So I am able to connect to my domains webmail page but when I try to log in there is a delay and then a message pops up stating, "Connection to storage server failed." Are mail services down at the moment or is this unique to my account? Am still learning...what further information might you need from me to assist? Please and thank you. Jacob

Greetings. Since moving my email service to HelioHost I've had a hunch that I am not receiving all of the email I usually do. Today I received a notification from one of the services I use that email from them is in fact not getting through to me. Is there some level of email blocked by default with the setup HelioHost is using? I need to ensure that any and all (spam included) emails are being received by my account. Please assist. Jacob

oh no...so I have a tendency to ramble before getting to my points in forum settings. I will not do that in the future. I did also mistakenly assume that since I clicked on the link in the text of my dashboard that reads, "If you need a domain added please open a ticket", that it would be marked as such on the back end. Greetings. Pretty new around here. I recently got my account set up on Tommy and I put in a ticket to get my URL setup and well...am waiting. I'm just writing today to find out how long the wait generally is? I 100% understand this is a non-profit effort by hobbyists so I was expecting there to be a bit of a delay in fulfilling tickets but, for future reference, about how long should I wait? I initially put in my ticket on Wednesday evening. I swear I'm not am impatient soul...just REALLY excited to get my space all set up and such Please and thank you! ❤️

Greetings all! Discovered your services recently from a friend who also has an account. LOVING what you do and what you stand for! Please keep up the amazing work. Ok, that out of the way... Here is what I am attempting to do... I currently have five URLs hosted/pointing to my DreamHost account. I would like to point those to my account here on Helio (gektek). Please bare with me as I am fairly noobie level when it comes to the modern era of web server management but I BELIEVE what I will need to do is list the URLs in question (see below) and you work your magic on your end and then I would edit some settings with my registrars to point to your nameservers...and then wait a bit, right? I am also interested in setting up a few email addresses for a couple of the URLs but it appears I am able to do that myself from within Plesk (yay!). My sites receive little to no traffic at the moment so I shouldn't be taking up too many resources on the server I'm on. I'm hopeful that I will eventually need to move to one of your VPS packages (which I see are all full atm) but from what I understand of your services for now I should be aok to dabble and learn for a bit first. I could literally hug you if that is the case (virtually of course :P). I do have an inquiry about the location swap though. In regards to moving the pointer from DreamHost to Helio, I do use one email address as my main email account. Let's see, what am I trying to ask. Um, is it a good idea to have you set up the URLs on Helio AND me enter the information for my main email account in Plesk BEFORE changing the nameservers on my end? Or does email work in such a way that I need to change the nameservers on my end and THEN set up the email account in Plesk? Not sure if that line of questioning made sense... I'd recommend FundRazr myself. Don't know for sure what their policies are so I might not be helping any but they are similar to GoFundMe with WAY more options.
