[Answered] New user timeframe inquiry

Greetings. Pretty new around here. I recently got my account set up on Tommy and I put in a ticket to get my URL setup and well...am waiting. I'm just writing today to find out how long the wait generally is? I 100% understand this is a non-profit effort by hobbyists so I was expecting there to be a bit of a delay in fulfilling tickets but, for future reference, about how long should I wait? I initially put in my ticket on Wednesday evening.

I swear I'm not am impatient soul...just REALLY excited to get my space all set up and such

That request got overlooked due to the wall of text, we didn't even see the domain requests at the bottom. I just escalated it for you.

oh no...so I have a tendency to ramble before getting to my points in forum settings. I will not do that in the future.

I did also mistakenly assume that since I clicked on the link in the text of my dashboard that reads, "If you need a domain added please open a ticket", that it would be marked as such on the back end.
