Hi, dear support team! Hope you are staying well.

I haven't found any "add domain" button in my cPanel, unfortunately. Could you please add my own domain "khanin.dev" (and any subdomains "*.khanin.dev"), so it can be an alias for "khanin.helioho.st"? I have already updated name servers in my domain registrar to "ns1.heliohost.org" and "ns2.heliohost.org". Thank you!

Krydos will need to do this as I don't know how to create the wildcard domain on the DNS side.

EDIT: Also, be aware that we do not support wildcard SSL certificates when using our DNS, so the wildcard subdomain will not be able to receive an SSL certificate.

We stopped using cPanel about 2 years ago because they hijacked our servers with no warning whatsoever and tried to extort us for $17k per year.

If they use an external DNS, such as Cloudflare, they can copy/paste the Plesk SSL verification text to get wildcard SSL.
