seintitus Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 My username is tchesoen. I am experiencing an error every time I try to install SSL for my webmail. I have attached a screenshot of the said error.
wolstech Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 Not sure if it'd break the SSL or not, but your account's mail service is suspended for sending too many emails. You sent 143 emails when there's a limit of 50. Do you know what happened there? The DNS for the webmail domain looks fine, so I'm assuming the suspended mail service is the cause of not being able to get a webmail certificate. I did try to assign the existing one to the domain, but not sure if that's going to work with the mail service suspended. Also escalating to Krydos because I can't figure out how to unsuspend your mail service...the admin tools just say not implemented, and it was already enabled in Plesk when I checked there???
seintitus Posted June 7, 2023 Author Posted June 7, 2023 Hello. I have no idea how it sent those mails? Could someone have a gain access to my mail account? Let me change the mail password
wolstech Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 Yeah you might want to. This is what our logs show: tchesoen 2023-06-07 09:21:09 Tommy cyclos.za.org tchesoen Disabled email service for sending 143 emails.
seintitus Posted June 7, 2023 Author Posted June 7, 2023 Hello. I have secured my mail by changing the password. However, I am still not able to enable SSL for webmail
wolstech Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 Krydos has to turn the mail service back on...I'm assuming that's what's causing the SSL issue, as its difficult to secure something that's supposedly disabled.
Krydos Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 I think the issue has been fixed, but you've spammed the reissue button so many times that Let's Encrypt has blocked you Detail: Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours: cyclos.za.org,www.cyclos.za.org, retry after 2023-06-09T02:41:29Z You can try reissuing your SSL in 2 days.
Krydos Posted June 10, 2023 Posted June 10, 2023 It looks like your domain has a valid SSL certificate now so marking this as solved.
