[Solved] Account not getting unarchived

Hello there,

I was inactive for some time due to some personal problems so I wasn't able to manage my site on Heliohost server, now I am back but when I click on renew button, it keeps on going until it says that it's taking too long so contact support. Kindly help me with this.

These fail a lot, though this one is weird in that I don’t even see a failure in the logs.

Krydos can manually unarchive it.
