Just got a notice from PayPal that the auto payment did not go through.

Guess I missed it somehow. I think you have been paid now. I could not
verify it on your site because I still cannot open your site.

Yep, everything is good now. I've linked your new subscription to your VPS. I also canceled your old subscription in case it starts trying to bill you again. You may have gotten an email from PayPal saying it was canceled. That is the old broken subscription. The new one you set up this morning is still active. Thanks for getting this fixed.

Your subscription has been canceled and you won't be charged again. Do you have a backup of everything you need from your VPS before it is deleted?

I do not have a backup. How can I get that?

Maybe you can hold onto that info for a bit. If I can figure out how to
reconnect the app I would continue the web site.

In order to get a backup you'll need to log in with SFTP and download anything you need. There are quite a few SFTP clients you can use, but Filezilla is probably the most popular one that runs on Windows.

I am sending files somewhere. But the page does not update. I used
"/home/admin/web/wa2uetwx.helios.us/public_html"

Then tried. "/web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html"

These are the directories I found.

Server "65.19.141.202"

They don't seem to be working, or I am missing something.

I took a look at your VPS and the files are going to /home/wa2uet/ which is the wrong directory

-rw-r--r-- 1 wa2uet wa2uet   2293 Oct 15 22:16 vws917.jpg

The correct directory is /home/admin/web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html and those files haven't been updated for a couple weeks

-rw-r--r-- 1 admin admin     2103 Sep 29 14:53 vws1027.jpg

So, try this

Protocol: SFTP
Port: 22
IP/Host: 65.19.141.202
Path: /home/admin/web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html/
Username: admin
Password: <whatever it was>

If you don't remember the password I can reset it and email it to you.

Thanks, I am out of the barn for the day. I will attempt this tomorrow. If
you see my files in the wrong place I must be doing something right. I will
try the directory you show.
