[Solved] ENABLING DB ACCESS FROM MY IP

I'm working with irajkaufman on a project and trying to access the PostgreSQL database he created (irajkaufman_dev) from my IP - 192.184.200.116. Username is irajkaufman_bk.

Could you help me with whitelisting for this to work?
