I would like to install Moodle4.1 (or latest) on it. If you have any help files for installing Moodle 41 on Hestia please let me know. I am a server newbie. Thank you Keep up the good work. Krydos Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 The password was the one that the VPS was originally created with back in 2021 probably. To set a new password go to https://heliohost.org/password/ and submit your email address and the password you want to use. It is not an automatic process so once you submit the new password let me know and I can copy it over to the VPS. We like to use this password page now because the password will never be stored or emailed in plaintext format where someone can see it. As soon as you submit the new password it is stored securely in the system and no one, not even me, will ever see it in plaintext.

Kairion Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 Hi @psurbey, You can login to your HestiaCP by accessing your VPS address at https://vps31.heliohost.us:8083/login/. About your username/password, your administrator username will be admin and your password will be the same as the one from your HelioHost VPS account. Regarding your question about Moodle, you can follow Moodle's own installation guide at https://docs.moodle.org/401/en/Installation_quick_guide.
psurbey Posted April 22, 2023 Posted April 22, 2023 Thank you I could ssh into my account but I could not log into the HestiaCP account for some reason. I have sent a new password request via the above mentioned page. As soon as I get the ok that it has been changed I will try again.

Krydos Posted April 23, 2023 Posted April 23, 2023 That domain is already set up and pointed at your VPS. You just need to add it to Hestia for it to work.
