Krydos Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 SPF, DKIM, and DMARC have been set up for the domain thebigdickcock19.helioho.st. We recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure everything is set up correctly. If the score is anything less than 10/10 you can link the report to us and we can help you fix any issues. I would also like to mention that based on your domain name, in case you didn't read our terms of service closely enough, we don't allow porn sites to be hosted on our servers. If you would like to review the terms of service again they can be found at https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/terms
HelioHost Posted April 13, 2023 Author Posted April 13, 2023 A test result here https://www.mail-tester.com/test-2oae7p6cq Op do 13 apr 2023 om 06:56 schreef HelioHost Support >: > SPF, DKIM, and DMARC have been set up for the domain > thebigdickcock19.helioho.st. Krydos Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 It looks like you lost 2 points for not emailing real content. Simply sending the single word "test" will always get flagged as spam. An actual issue is your DKIM got turned off somehow. The DKIM box was checked yesterday, but between yesterday and when you sent that test email it got turned off somehow. I turned it back on again for you. You can test an email with real content now if you want to.
HelioHost Posted April 13, 2023 Author Posted April 13, 2023 https://www.mail-tester.com/test-u3zm0ty96 DKIM is not working and i got still the same result. i think it doesn't much matter with reel content DKIM is not properly set up on your side Please fix DKIM. Kairion Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 Could you please access your Plesk panel, click on Mail > Mail Settings > Click on thebigdickcock19.helioho.st and check if on that page the option "Use DKIM spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages" is checked? If it is not, please select it and click on "OK" or "Apply". After enabling it (or if it is already enabled), click on "How to configure external DNS" and please send us the DKIM DNS records Plesk is generating for your subdomain so we can compare them with the current DNS records set up on your subdomain.
HelioHost Posted April 14, 2023 Author Posted April 14, 2023 To enable DKIM signing if you use an external DNS server, you need to configure DKIM DNS records on the DNS server yourself. To do so, use the DKIM DNS records below: - default._domainkey.thebigdickcock19.helioho.st. IN TXT "v=DKIM1; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCz9o/83SS8bjadjxuCHNxbQCByV2Cf8r8kYhWOecfwQbYVFv01R9ksh23vp2svALgRbpMHPbzyRgxiPm5hLq+A4GH0AIclFz35nHGt2seMLogDNkSAJvKtYnPnb85RpkFdlPEVCLJHKiXWYv1/zpWGIfqeo4O2oytgaHuuNOfoxwIDAQAB;" - _domainkey.thebigdickcock19.helioho.st. IN TXT "o=-" If you have domain aliases you use to send mail, add the DKIM DNS records for them as well. Use the same records as for the main domain but with the domain alias name. Krydos Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 No one has ever turned DKIM back off after I enabled it for them and set up the DNS so I wasn't aware that the key would change. Furthermore the first 39 characters and the last 7 characters didn't change so I would have had to compare them really closely to make sure all of the 216 characters were correct so it makes sense that it wasn't obvious. Anyways, third try will probably work.
HelioHost Posted April 14, 2023 Author Posted April 14, 2023 Still the mail got refuse by some email adresses like Gmail Maybe whitelisting is a solution https://www.dnswl.org/?page_id=4 Op vr 14 apr 2023 om 06:28 schreef HelioHost Support >: > No one has ever turned DKIM back off after I enabled it for them and set > up the DNS so I wasn't aware that the key would change. Krydos Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 There is nothing we can do to make Gmail accept our emails. Even getting a perfect 10/10 on the mail tester, and even contacting a Google employee they can't do anything about it either. The Gmail spam filter uses algorithms that aren't under direct control by Google employees, and it just does whatever it wants. If the email gets sent to the spam box you can ask your recipients to mark it "not spam" and Gmail will eventually learn that your domain is sending good emails that people actually want to read. Gmail doesn't have any whitelists or blacklists. It just has AI that decides what happens to the email.
Kairion Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Just a complement: About possible blacklists, as far as I could check at https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3ajohnny.heliohost.org&run=toolpage, a trustful blacklist check tool with updated blacklist providers, our server Johnny was only blacklisted on SORBS spam blacklist, which I already petitioned for delisting and it got automatically approved, so after 48 hours (time for full DNS changes propagation) it will be delisted from all servers using SORBS spam blacklist. You can check the result from the blacklist check tool at the link above or through the screenshot below: https://imgur.com/a/xKiz622 If you perhaps find our server blacklisted in a different blacklist provider, please let us know so we can reach out to them to get it delisted. PS.: About Gmail, as Krydos said, unfortunately there is nothing we can do, since it does not have a blacklist/whitelist system but relies on Google's proprietary algorithm analysis on top of the standard email RFCs.

They also don't publish their requirements so people just have to guess or contact a Google employee to try to figure them out.

Krydos Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 I'm pretty sure Gmail doesn't use that blacklist, but I've delisted Johnny anyways. Thanks for noticing it.
