Please make sure you are placing your files at its web root directory, not on your Tommy account web root directory. Also make sure the site address you are accessing is the one linked to your Lily account, not blgc.heliohost.us, which is linked to your Tommy account. Finally, note that if you haven't requested a Lily account and just uploaded your ASP.NET files into your Tommy account, they will not work, as that server is not configured to run it. If you already checked all the possibilities I mentioned above, please let us know so our root admin @wolstech will be able to help you with your Lily account.

The majority of users with a Lily account added onto their Plesk accounts get a Lily account with the same username and a 2 on the end (he'd have both blgc and blgc2 if he had one). A few users do have Lily accounts without a Plesk account for varying reasons. @blgcWe don't have any Plesk servers that run asp.net, the only server that supports it is Lily, and I have to manually set everything up since that server has no control panel. Lily is an extension of a Plesk account, not really an account in its own right. You get FTP access for Lily to publish the code for ASP.NET, and you use your Tommy account for services like mail. We hope to one day convert it to Plesk like the other servers, but no time frame for that at the moment since Morty will be built first. Do you want me to create a Lily account for you? 1
