I got an invitation to open a new account for a new panel, but the link isn't working. I also want a backup copy of my files. Krydos Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 The link isn't working because they are only good for 7 days so that link would have expired back in January. Your full backup was available to download from 2021-07-14 until 2023-02-03 when we freed up the space for active accounts. We assumed 1 year and 7 months was plenty of time for everyone who was interested in keeping their files to download their backup. I have sent you a new invite which is good for the next 7 days. Let us know if you need any help with anything else.
