wolstech Posted February 19, 2023 Share Posted February 19, 2023 The server for legacy cpanel accounts was permanently decommissioned yesterday. This was announced well over a week ago in the News section, and invites were sent even longer ago to move to plesk. Yours likely went to spam and got missed if you didn't get it. At this point transfers are no longer possible, so you'll need to download a backup of the content from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/ then create a new account and manually restore your website instead. We can send you an invite if you would like to set up a new account (and we'll probably need to set your domain manually after you sign up too, you have an old heliohost.org subdomain so the website won't let you use it without assistance) Also, keep in mind that due to capacity limits, accounts are being put on Johnny for the time being. As you may know, access to Tommy's cPanel has been unavailable since July 14, 2021, due to cPanel, LLC revoking HelioHost licenses. Additionally, Tommy's cPanel server was permanently shut down on February 16, 2023, after every one of its users was either sent an invitation or were already migrated to Tommy's Plesk. If you need to retrieve a backup of your account, you can do so by visiting https://heliohost.org/backup/ and entering your account's email address. This will generate a download link and send it to you so you can download your backup. Regarding your invite to Tommy's Plesk, we have sent invitations to all users, but your email provider may have put the invite into your spam folder. I'm sending it again, so please check your email (including your spam folder). If you find the invite in your spam folder, please mark it as "not spam" to avoid missing future communications from us. lilychan Posted February 21, 2023 Share Posted February 21, 2023 I'm also a Tommy user that missed the chance to move. I had no idea this was going on! I found the email to Move to Plesk, but it says it's no longer possible and just offers me a backup of my site. (I have my files already though, so that's no issue.) Do I need to request an invite back, or do I need to wait and try and catch account signups? I'm a little confused about my next step, especially after reading replies here!
