But that is unavailable now. I have not recevied any email regarding transfer to Plesk. Can you please send the details instruction how can i transfer to Plesk? Thank you!

The Tommy servers are both down at the moment and in the process of being recovered after the server that contained them was hacked yesterday. We're hoping to have them both back online in the next few days so we can resume migrations.
