HelioHost Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 Username: astron, Server: Johnny, Main domain: astron.heliohost.orgI just discovered new problem - ftp does not work So, I tested it with my usual latest version of FileZilla Pro, which has no problem anywhere else and never here before. Unfortunately, I have to say that now I can do absolutely nothing except login and download. I can see the folders and files and everything seems to be OK, but I can't upload anything, nor can I change anything - like permissions or even the file name. In short, ftp does nothing but download files. Domain astron.heliohost.org, tried tommy.heliohost.org port 21, till now I haven't tested Tommy SFTP over port 1342 Thanks for help.
wolstech Posted January 21, 2023 Posted January 21, 2023 Your account is showing as being on Johnny, so you should be using johnny.heliohost.org and port 1373. (Note that even if you had a Tommy account before, when you migrate to plesk, your account moves to Johnny for capacity reasons, Johnny is faster anyway at the moment...at some point in the future we'll offer the ability to move back to Tommy).
