Krydos Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 We've transferred about 1000 accounts, and I've never seen one as broken as yours. I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix it, but it seems to be unfixable. I deleted it instead, and sent you an invite to create a new account. If you need your backup it can be found at https://heliohost.org/backup/ and once your account is recreated you can restore your files and databases, etc. Let us know if you need help with anything.

It looks like the issue was your account was archived and then you renewed it and it didn't get unarchived properly. I'm going to try to unarchive it again. I'll let you know if it works.

I'm not sure if your password will work, so I sent you a password reset link just in case. Let us know if you can get logged in and if everything is working now.
