Dear sir or madam,

We are writing you on behalf of the open source community around the
KompoZer editor.

You are linking to the shut down domain ?KompoZer.net? on one of your pages
/ articles. Kompozer.net is no longer in use.

Instead all KompoZer files and user info are now available on the following
website: https://kompozer-web.de/en

We would like to kindly ask you to correct the old links on the following
page so users find the information and files they are looking for:

https://classic.helionet.org/index/topic/3897-web-apps/

Old link: https://kompozer.net

New link: https://kompozer-web.de/en

Explanation / Background:

KompoZer is a free and open source website editing tool. Even though it is
not actively developed any longer, it is still usable and there is ongoing
interest in this popular tool.

Unfortunately, the former project website ?Kompozer.net? has been shut down
since a while.

We are the official German branch of the KompoZer project and have provided
all information around the project on our website since 2008.

In order to support the international interest in KompoZer, we have
recently set up an english translation for the project website at:

https://kompozer-web.de/en

This destination contains all relevant information previously available at
kompozer.net and we are committed to provide support around the software as
long as there is ongoing interest.

As a short Google search can show, we are the official source for the topic
within the German speaking internet:

It would be very helpful for the community around KompoZer ? and for your
website visitors ? if you could update the broken link to the new domain.

If you are not the right contact person for this, it would be great if you
could forward this email to the right person.

In case you have any questions about this topic, please do not hesitate to
contact me.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

*Johannes Schwaderer*
