unable to pay with my local visa card

hi i tried to pay with my local visa / master / union with paypal account or without paypal account all cannot

It says "To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined."

I'm from singapore with local bank card, is it a region block or what?

Does your bank card allow international transactions? We've run into similar issues with other countries, and some people have said they were able to fix payment issues like this by calling their bank and having them allow international use (we're in the USA).

We get so few crypto donations that it isn't usually much of an issue to find the transaction. Just let us know the currency used, the amount sent, and the time of the transaction and we can find it. Depending on the cryptocurrency sometimes the TXID is harder to find than the above 3 pieces of info.
