It looks like you were suspended for inactivity because you didn't log in for 30 days. To prevent that from happening again simply visit https://heliohost.org/login/ and submit your username and password to login. Once you successfully reach the dashboard or Plesk control panel you're good for another 30 days.

You might also want to check your email spam settings because we send out a warning email 48 hours before your account goes inactive reminding you to login if you're still using your account. Then if you ignore that email and don't login we send a second email letting you know how to renew it if you want to start using it again.

Anyways, you figured out how to renew it yourself and your account is active now so this issue seems to be solved. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Sorry again. But today I can't login into my heliohost.org account and also on plesk. Perhaps you can tell me why and what's wrong with my account?
