I am facing a login issue. the Plesk interface keeps logging me out by giving the Warning: Another user with the same username (vamdsgn) is already logged in to Plesk. Please help me find a solution. I also wanted to aa two domain names to the new Plesk server with SSL. Thank you.
Krydos Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 cPanel used to give those errors too for certain people. It's probably because your IP address keeps changing. Probably the best solution is to ask your ISP for an IP address that doesn't change constantly, but sometimes they can't do that. If you can't get your IP to stop changing you could try using a VPN or a proxy to login. If there is just a warning, but you don't even get logged out by it then there's really nothing to worry about. What domains do you want to add?

You won't be able to install SSL on these domains until they are hosted on our server. You can either change your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or create an A record on your existing nameservers with the value 65.19.141.77.

Krydos Posted October 23, 2022 Posted October 23, 2022 It can take a few hours for DNS changes to propagate throughout the whole internet because of caching. Your website is working for me.
