I've just performed a donation via Paypal (reference:?9ER51459NW1777718), but probably not in the usual/automated way because I didn't receive an email for a Tommy account.

Can we resolve this manually? Thanks for the help!

You didn't get an email for Tommy because we have a bit of a waitlist to create new accounts right now even for donors. You can type your email address into this page https://heliohost.org/eta/ to see your current position. As I type this you're number 407 in line to create a new account. Right now we're sending 0 invites per day because there are a couple issues with new account creation that need to be fixed. Once account creation is more reliable we will increase the number of invites we send each day. Thanks for your interest in creating a HelioHost account, and thanks for the donation. We'll get your invite sent to you as quickly as we can.
