Hi everyone,

I just sent myself an email earlier and received from Gmail this report saying that the mail I sent was probably an unsolicited email.

So to verify what was happening, I sent myself from the main mail account an email and it was also declared as an unsolicited mail.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this problem?

Thanks!

I've gotten that before. Gmail requires you have either SPF or DKIM set up. Your domain appears to have neither at the moment.

Since you're using our NS, Krydos needs to fix this for you since you can't edit your DNS zones yourself.

SPF and DKIM have been set up for jurisconsult.mg.

Try sending an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the report here. This tool will let you know if your emails are set up correctly. Please send a real email without any private information included. If you send an email that just says "test" or something your spam score will be high. Also when you post the report link all of the contents of the email will be visible to anyone who clicks the link so don't include any private information in the email. If your score isn't perfect we can fix whatever other issues there may be.
