Its not in my spam folder, I haven't been getting emails for who the heck knows how long. Is there something you can do to help me fix this?
Krydos Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 It looks like you're using Gmail. We've been getting a few reports that Gmail is blocking our emails and not even delivering them to spam. There's really nothing we can do on our end, but as a Gmail user you might be able to contact their support and say that you want to receive emails from 65.19.141.66 helionet.org and heliohost.org. Some email providers have a blacklist removal tool that we can use to help emails get delivered, but Gmail doesn't provide anything like that.
