The reason your website is offline is because your account was hacked, and phishing content was uploaded. Normally when an account is hacked we permanently suspend the affected account and give them a fresh account to start over, but since new account creation on Plesk hasn't been implemented yet you'll have to wait a bit. New account creation is our top priority and we hope to have it done in the next week or so if everything goes well. Then we'll start sending out invites to create new accounts to our top donors first. To move yourself into first place you'd have to donate more than $356, but even a donation of $1 would move you in front of about 1870 other accounts. You can check your ETA at https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=kushhous Right now there is no date and no position number because new accounts aren't being created yet, but once that is possible the ETA page will give you an idea of when you'll get your invite. The fastest way to get your site back online is by signing up for a VPS. https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ Right now VPS are full, but on June 1st we'll have more space available. They start at $4 per month, and we can install the Hestia control panel for you. Your backup from your Johnny account from before it got hacked can be found at https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ If you get a VPS with Hestia control panel we can automatically import your cPanel backup for you as well. VPS payments count towards your Plesk ETA donation. So paying $4 for a month of VPS is the same as donating $4 directly plus you get to have your website online at the same time. If you're not very familiar with root SSH access to Linux we can help you out with that too. You mentioned not being able to access your main email address.
