Thank you for your work ? the long waiting was definitely worth it! In the meantime I used a different service to host my site, so the old configuration at heliohost is outdated. Could you please reset my account and delete all the data and old subdomains, so I can set up my site on a fresh base? Krydos Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 It's not possible to reset accounts right now. In the past the way we reset accounts was to delete it and recreate it. We haven't implemented new account creation yet, so it could be deleted, but then you just wouldn't have an account at all until new account creation was available. I deleted all of your domains except your main domain, and you can delete all your files and databases yourself. If you want your main domain changed to something other than kreiskunst.art let us know and we can change it. You can have a free domain like kreiskunst.heliohost.us for example.
