Hello, Good afternoon!
My name is Victor and I?m and user of helihost from more than 5 or 6 years.
Initially I took the username ?VictorD? but I have in the past a little period of inactivity and someone take my username.

Currently, my username is ?VictorD1?
Months later, I do a donation for Heliohost because your Service is awesome!

I really would like to take again my initial username ?VictorD?, sooo? It is available? Can I take it again?

Yes, the username victord is available, but it would require deleting your Plesk account and recreating it. That can't be done currently, but maybe in the future after we get new account creation implemented we can try it.

Keep an eye on the news because we'll announce when new account creation is ready. It should be within the next week we hope. There is quite a bit of work to do still though. Our priority was getting the transfer script working first because so many existing users have been waiting months to get onto Plesk.
