You can't login through the website yet. If you read the second email gives you the link to login. The 500 errors are probably unsupported .htaccess syntax. A quick way to check is to rename them to .htaccess-old and if the 500 error goes away you know there is something in there that Plesk doesn't like. If you read the error log it will say exactly what the 500 error is for.

If you login to Plesk and go to Websites & Domains > File Manager > public_html and then scroll down you can see the file named .htaccess. There is a dropdown box and you can click rename.

That error means you didn't rename the right file. I renamed the .htaccess file in public_html for you and now see a default apache page (which is not surprising since there's no index file...). I would suggest creating an index page to hide that.
