[HH#136881] Made $20 Donation, No Link within 24 hours

Hi! I am a computer science student at Columbia University. I am entirely
new to heliohost but it looks super amazing. I made a donation to support
your really cool work and because I would like to use your hosting service.

I know you guys are currently in the process of moving over to Plesk so you
can't create new accounts. However, on the donation page it said you can
still receive a Tommy invitation link with a donation and so I did that. It
also said we should reach out if we don't see said invitation within 24
hours. I am not seeing any such email, so I am reaching out. This is the
email address of the Paypal account I used.

Perhaps I misunderstood the donation process or the current restrictions of
the transfer to Plesk. Any clarification you can offer would be greatly
appreciated.

First of all, thank you so much for the donation. Since we've been unable to create new accounts during this transition we haven't been able to get very much ad revenue so every donation helps a ton to keep us in business.

Correct, we are unable to create new accounts right, but getting that working is the top priority right now, and we hope to have it done soon. You donation has been added to the ETA database which you can see at https://www.heliohost.org/eta/ when you type in your email address. We have some donors who have given over $300 who are waiting to create a new account so they're first in line, and then we will be working our way down the list. When we get to the $20 donation level we will send you an email with a link to create your new account. It is true that normally you should receive your invitation within 24 hours, but this is the first time in 17 years that we've been unable to create new accounts immediately like this so it will take a little longer to get your invite right now.

One note about the ETA page is since we're unable to create new accounts right now there is no position number or date for new accounts, but once new account creation is implemented you will be able to see how many people are in front of you.
