Bought VPS and i was charged by PayPal but i received an error. Please

From our end everything looks good. It says the payment was supposed to go through on June 1st, but it still says pending. Your subscription is active and hasn't been canceled. You could contact PayPal and your bank to see if they can find any problem. The other option is we can cancel this broken subscription and set up a new one.
