Hi,

My website (domaineduperchoir.com) has been down for a while, and I can?t
access the control panel, it just times out. What is going on ? It?s
especially important for me to be online at this time of year,

Ok, I did it, but then nothing happened after paiement. I did it again, so
I ended up paying twice. Can you confirm that it?s going to be ok now and
cancel 2nd paiement ?

Yes, I see both payments in the system. It looks like you already canceled the second one so I issued a full refund for the canceled subscription. I am building your VPS now. You'll receive another email once it's done.

Alright, I created your VPS, installed Hestia, restored your Johnny backup, moved your domains over to the VPS, and your domains are now back online. https://perchoir.heliohost.org/ and https://domaineduperchoir.com/

Please be aware that since your Johnny account was hacked phishing content and other illegal files were uploaded to your account. Therefore I restored an older backup from before the account was hacked. If you have changed any files since the backup please let us know and as long as it is only a few files we can access your hacked Johnny account to recover the newest version of the files. Since we have to inspect each file for malicious code injection, etc. it's not feasible for us to check thousands of files by hand, but as long as it's just a few files it's not a problem.

Also be aware that you may have received an email from Hestia that has an incorrect password in it. That was a temporary password and it has been changed to the password you chose while signing up for the VPS.

There are other things too, like pictures and stuff but Ill fix them
myself, don?t worry.
