[HH#219239] How do I change the periodic payment method for the VPS?

Hi!

I apologize if this gets posted twice, protonmail seems to be glitching.

When I signed up for a VPS I used Paypal to set up an automatic payment but I did not use my regular Paypal acct (I did not have it then). My card number got stolen recently so I need to change the payment method but I do not have access to the temporary Paypal account that was set up for the payment. Nor can I sign up for it since the card is cancelled. How do I change to a new payment method (or change the card number in the old one)? I still have six months to go before the next charge but I would like to fix this early. Is there an account I can log into to manage my payment?
