[HH#453628] How do I change the periodic payment method for the VPS?

Hi!

When I signed up for a VPS I used Paypal to set up an automatic payment
but I did not use my regular Paypal acct (I did not have it then). My
card number got stolen recently so I need to change the payment method
but I do not have access to the temporary Paypal account that was set up
for the payment. Nor can I sign up for it since the card is cancelled.
How do I change to a new payment method (or change the card number in
the old one)? I still have six months to go before the next charge but I
would like to fix this early. Is there an account I can log into to
manage my payment?

What we could do is refund the unused portion of the current subscription that ends in September, and then set up a new subscription with your new paypal account that starts today and would bill again automatically 6 months from now. The other option is just leave it alone for now, and when your VPS expires in September you'll get an email reminding you to pay again.

Also you could also contact paypal support to get access to your paypal account and change the payment information on paypal's side. No, there is not a HelioHost account to log in to.
