Hello Heliohost,

Could you kindly install the attached SSL certificate for irishhaiku.com (
irishhaiku.heliohost.org)?

We actually have two websites on this account (Irlhaiku); the other being
shamrockhaiku.com (shamrockhaiku.heliohost.org). Will we need a separate
cert for that one, or can this one cover both sites?

Like the auto-reply says, we cannot accept any attachments (images or files) through our email system. Just upload the certificate files to /home/irlhaiku. Be sure not to upload them to public_html because then they could be compromised which is worse than not having SSL at all. Let us know when the files are uploaded by replying to this email.

Hmmm, I wonder how am I supposed to upload anything to the site that I have
been unable to edit for 6 long months after you severed the ties with
CPanel but not yet provided an alternative? If there is a way, pray tell

Oh sorry. Should have explained that I guess. SFTP still works just fine.

Username: irlhaiku (all lowercase)
Password: (same as cpanel)
Protocol: SFTP
Port: 1342
Host: 65.19.143.6
Logon Type: Normal
