VPS number: 9, VPS ID: 171

Good morning, I was signing up for a vps and it gave me the error message
something went wrong and to contact you guys with my transaction id. Is
there any other info you need from me?

That's never happened before. For some reason the database didn't get updated with your information. Did you leave the pay page open for a while?

In order to fix this can you start at https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ and go through the signup process again, but stop when the pay through paypal options are presented. This will allow you to specify your username and password securely, and then I can link the existing payment to it, and build the VPS for you.

Yes I was usings a new card and PayPal made me authorize the new card. I
have done as instructed and gone up to your payment page.

Alright, I fixed it for you and linked the payment to your new VPS. It's building now and you will get an email when it's done.
