Krydos Posted October 21, 2021 Posted October 21, 2021 That's never happened before. For some reason the database didn't get updated with your information. Did you leave the pay page open for a while? In order to fix this can you start at https://www.heliohost.org/vps/ and go through the signup process again, but stop when the pay through paypal options are presented. This will allow you to specify your username and password securely, and then I can link the existing payment to it, and build the VPS for you.
