I uploaded the certificate (.zip) in my home folder: link.maelep.be.zip

Can you install it please?

That subdomain isn't hosted by us, so installing it on our servers won't do anything. You'd need to install the ssl certificate on whoever owns the 46.248.190.217 ip address.
