To be clear, i will wait on 18th october, and see how much paypal will deduct, will it be $12 or $24 including missed payment? That will answer me, if it deducts $12, paypal will be wrong abt option that says "forward missed payment to nextpayment" & heliohost will be right to power off vps. Bt if it deducts $24 paypal will be right abt its option setup. Then i will wait to see what heliohost does with its policy. Will heliohost include september when it powered down the vps? Will it forward another $12 to the next second month? Will it issue refund? How will it take it? am just starting, its been one month, so understanding such a policy practically is crucial for a long time decision. Krydos Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 I recommend making a new payment with the link that was emailed to you and canceling the payment that has stopped working to prevent it from double charging you. Once a new payment is made the VPS can be powered back on.
